As part of our commitment to healthier workplaces, a portion of eligible service revenue is dedicated to the Doxazo Recovery Support Fund, an initiative created to provide limited financial assistance to individuals experiencing verified financial hardship during their recovery from an illness or injury.

For some employees, returning to work is delayed not only by their medical condition but also by financial challenges. The inability to afford counselling sessions, transportation to medical appointments, childcare, prescription medications, or other essential needs can create additional stress during an already difficult time and may slow the recovery process.

Imagine an employee who has been medically cleared to begin therapy but cannot afford the portion of treatment not covered by insurance. A relatively small amount of financial assistance may be all that is needed to remove that barrier, allowing the individual to continue treatment, regain confidence, and move forward toward a safe and sustainable return to work.

The Doxazo Recovery Support Fund exists to help bridge these gaps. By easing practical challenges, we hope to provide individuals with the support they need to focus on what matters most—their recovery.

In addition to funding this initiative through a portion of our eligible service revenue, we welcome voluntary contributions from individuals and organizations who share our vision of supporting employees through difficult times. Every contribution helps us extend meaningful assistance to someone who simply needs a helping hand.

Please note that Doxazo Workplace Solutions Inc. is not a registered charity. Contributions to the Recovery Support Fund are voluntary and are not eligible for charitable tax receipts. All funds are administered in accordance with our program guidelines and used to support eligible individuals experiencing verified financial hardship.
